How to Apply

• Application for admission to course B.Sc. Nursing course can be registered only online through a single application. The provision for applying online is available at the website www.pncmak.in. Submission of more than one application by a candidate will lead to rejection of the candidate.
• Application procedure will be as per the direction from the Admission Supervisory Committee for Medical Educations in Kerala and as per the provisions of the Prospectus issued by competent authorities in this regard.

Documents to be submitted along with the Application are:

• Self attested copies of Mark lists of all parts of Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination and pass certificate in the qualifying examination.
• Self attested copy of the relevant page of S.S.L.C or Equivalent certificate to prove the date of birth.
• Self attested copy of Aadhaar
• Equivalency certificate from Higher Secondary Board, Kerala, for candidates who have completed qualifying examination from outside Kerala state.
• For foreign nationals, the entry qualification equivalency i.e., 12th standard can be obtained from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
• Copy of recent Conduct Certificates (not prior to six months) from the Head of the Institution in which the candidate studied last.
• Caste and income certificate from Village officer/ Tahsildar if the candidate is to be considered under any reservation seat (SC/ST, OBC). There is no need for income certificate for SC/ST candidates.
